Taishodo Championships
On Saturday, 19th November the Taisho-Do Karate Association held their National Championships in Thornaby and there were some excellent trophies on offer.
It was well supported by Taisho-Do member clubs with over two hundred competitors. It was a smooth running event run under WKF Rules and guided by British Karate Federation referees Harold Stephen and Ciaron Flood, English Referees Brian Graham and Pete Beeforth assisted by a variety of Taisho-Do trained officials.
The Dokan Karate squad picked up an amazing forty three medals - more than any other group!
